Owen Huggard, B.Sc.
Owen started in the Fintech industry in 2005 designing and developing the software platform for NEX Reset, a Singapore-based startup for post-trade risk on Interest Rate Swaps and a global market leader in post-trade risk.
The company rapidly grew to be the global market leader in post-trade risk numbering among its clients almost all of the global Tier 1 banks.
Since 2014 Owen has focused on the Private Banking industry, working as consultant for Avaloq, now one of Europe's unicorns.
Joseph Huggard, B.E.
Joseph has over 30 years' experience in the consulting business, operating as a strategic consultant advising CEOs and major agents of change in industries including pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, consumer goods, commodities and financial services. He has worked in Europe, America, S. America, Asia and Australia in litigation, advocacy, life sciences and econometrics. Joseph has also advised on policy issues regarding financial regulation, and now brings his considerable experience to the Fintech and software industry.
In addition to advising on HCG Agile, Joseph is the Managing Director of the Huggard Consulting Group, the Chairman of the Ireland Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, a special adviser to Fipra and a director of Fordela.
Carlo Edgardo Manongdo, B.Sc.
Carlo has over 15 years’ experience developing software and managing teams for a variety of industries including financial services, accounting, payroll and performance tracking. He is a strong believer in modern agile methodologies and has led and converted teams to SCRUM, teaching others the value of good communication with the business, critical thinking and technical accuracy.
Carlo now applies his rigorous technique to the Private Banking industry.
